What are check-in and check-out times?
Upon arrival, rooms are delivered by 12:00 noon, but if they are ready earlier than that, you can use them immediately. If they are not ready, you can safely leave your baggage at the hotel and park your car in our parking lot. And not to waste time, you can start going to the beach!
Upon departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. If you want to leave later, you can leave your baggage at the hotel and your car in the parking lot.
You are recommended to pay off your stay the evening before.
What if I arrive early in the morning or late at night?
If rooms are ready, you can use them immediately. If they are not ready, you can safely leave your baggage at the hotel and park your car in our parking lot. And not to waste time, you can start going to the beach!
There is no problem if you arrive late at night. Our concierge will check you in and give you your room key.
Who do I have to talk to for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach?
If you have chosen the “Top” package, the beach service is included, so before going to the beach drop by the reception desk where you will be given a note for the lifeguard with all the details of your reservation. There is no need to book umbrellas in advance. Umbrellas are from the 3rd row onwards. Those who want the 1st or the 2nd row can find an agreement directly with the lifeguard by paying a surcharge.
If you have chosen another package, you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds directly with the lifeguard
What types of rooms are there in the hotel?

What are the payment methods?
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (VISA and Mastercard).
If you want to pay by check, it is only possible for stays longer than 5 nights, and it must be made on the first day.
What if I need an invoice?
It must be specified at the time of booking, and tax information for the registration of the invoice must also be provided.
Is there a night porter?
Yes, the hotel has staff 24 hours a day
Is the tax tourist charged in Rimini?
Yes, it is. As for 3-star hotels, it amounts to € 2,50 per person per day and is to be paid in cash on the spot.
WHO IS REQUIRED TO PAY?
The tourist tax is payable by individuals staying in the accommodation facilities of the Municipality of Rimini, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The tax is also due when the cost of the guest’s stay is borne by the Municipality of Rimini.
THOSE WHO ARE EXEMPT
1. individuals residing in the Municipality of Rimini;
2. individuals present but not staying in the accommodation facilities (day-use);
3. minors up to the age of 14;
4. underage children, from the second onwards, if staying with their parents, limited to the months of June, July, and August. For the purposes of keeping track of the number of underage children, those who have not yet turned fourteen and who already enjoy the exemption are also included.
cancellation policy
✔ Book now by immediately depositing a deposit of about 30% of your stay, but do not worry that if for some reason it can not leave we will return the deposit within 10 days of your arrival.
✔ In case you are forced to cancel your stay, the deposit will be refunded for cancellations that take place 10 days before the agreed arrival. For cancellations that occur from 10 days before until the day of arrival, we will not be able to return it. But we really hope you can come and relax here soon!
✔ If you want to feel even more secure, you can insure your deposit or the entire stay: by 24 hours after booking confirmation you can add a stay insurance.
